Pulse Counter using LM3S8962

Hello,

I need the display and control this following points on EKK-LM3S8962 ARM board

1. Generate the pulse signal.(as shown  in excel file)
2. After generating the pulse, 2 pulse is missing after 34.Then again start from 0-34(2  missing) as it continues.(as shown  in excel file).
3. At every 34 pulse I need to synchronize the cam single (as shown  in excel file).
4. At very synchronize I need to count and display on front panel.

Please help me out as I am new to LabVIEW.
