The color of the all pixels in a ROI

Hi All,

In a Color Bar Image, I defined 3 different ROIs for Red, Green,Blue. I want to be sure that all pixels in the ROI  should be the same color.

With the other words, the ROIs shouldnot be located in the middle of 2 color bars.

How can I detect this?
