How to populate the last empty row in Excel without using Report Generation Kit

I wrote  a Labview SUb Vi that uses Report Generation Toolkit that is not loaded on the test stand. I am looking to convert it from Report Generation Vi like New Report,  Append Table to Report, Dispose Report. The tunneling through all the report generation Vis seems extensive. Code is attached.
