Writing and Reading Serial data Via ethernet (UDP)

Hi, I have established ethernet (UDP) connection between my laptop and a PC. My laptop is connected to an arduino uno and is getting the states of buttons. These states are transmitted via ethernet (UDP) to a PC. Once i run the receiver VI, i get the initial states but they are not being updated as the button states change. Once i stop the receiver VI and run it again then the latest states are displayed. Any help would be appreciated.
The sender VI (RTIO_UDP) and receiver VI (HOST_UDP) are attached.
