VIPM Library not showing in function palette

Hi, 

I have downloaded OpenG library from VIPM. But it's not showing in function palette. if I click "show in palettes" option in VIPM then only OpenG library showing in function palette. but if I close and open LabVIEW app, it disappeared again. Not only OpenG library, none of the VIPM library functions is also not showing in function palette.

Can anyone help me?
