Windows 11 blocked nidnsNSP.dll from loading, do I care.

More on the saga of loading LV 2023Q3 on a windows 11 machine.  When I reboot, which has happened several times since I did the install, I get a message box that says that

. . . National Instruments]shared]mDNS Responder\nimdnsNSP.dll

Is blocked.  When I clicked on the learn more button it said.  "Core isolation is a security feature of Microsoft Windows that protects important core processes of Windows from malicious software by isolating them in memory. It does this by running those core processes in a virtualized environment. "

Google AI says the following.

"nimdnsNSP.dll" is a file associated with National Instruments software, specifically acting as a "Zeroconf Namespace Service Provider" which allows devices on a network to automatically discover each other without manual configuration, essentially enabling plug-and-play functionality for compatible NI devices; it is part of the "NI mDNS Responder" component within the NI software suite. "

I am using a lot of Ethernet devices and also am sharing data between computers so I suspect that this is important.

Next I guess I have to figure out how to get windows to allow the DLL to run rather than blocking it.

I am curious if others have seen this and what they did about it.
