Loading .net dll files to LabVIEW

Hi All,

I'm trying to load a dll file built in .net framework v4.0.30319 of a instrument in LabVIEW using constructor node but i'm getting this error attached below. I tried with the following links

But i couldnt sort the problem.. please help me..
