hello everyone,
i am reading and saving 6 sensor output from an instrument using labview. rs485 communication is using here. normally its saving 2 samples per second in to excel file. i need to reduce this no of data saving. eg: instead of one reading per second i want to save one reading per minute or 10 minutes etc..so for getting that what logic i need to use or any special function is available in labview?

I am fairly new to LabVIEW but I wanted to know if it was possible to run two different DAQmx tasks in the same loop? I want to read and filter analog voltage input and view thermocouple readings. Below is a picture of how I currently have them running but I want to know if I can integrate them into the same loop.

I was hoping to get some advice on how to transmit an array of comma separated IQ samples from a USRP. My current set up consists of
LabVIEW 2016
NI USRP driver
NI USRP 2932
I have successfully transmitted a few waveforms using examples I have found on the forum so I know the correct software is in place. I have read that it is possible to transmit an array of IQ samples from a file but I haven't seen an example on how to do so. I am still a little new to LabVIEW so any help is appreciated. If any other info would be helpful I will try to provide it. Thank you!

Hello everyone,
I am receiving continuous set of data points (average and stand dev.) from the VI with time. Like as, when it is 1s, i get one data, when two second i get another data and it continues. So continuously i am having the last point data if I want to use it for other purposes. My issue: I want to use the previous point data and use that with the present data. Example: Equation: (Present point - previous point); But i don't have the previous data as i am having the last data continuously. How can i store the previous data continuously and use it with the present one? Like as whenever, my third point comes up, i want to use both the third point and second point.

one of them control other device (one as Master and others as Slaves)
now , is any package i need to add it to my application to provide authority for master device to control some numeric controls at slaves devices .

I'm trying to use an Invoke Node on VIs so i can call it from another VI, i tried a lot of exemples but none of them works, and its been hours of reading and reading but i havent found a solution, what im trying to achieve is that i want to call a VI from another VI, is it that hard?!?!
*Invoke Node to call Control_Manual when you select Control Manual from Enum (VI: Panel_Frontal)
Also I want to close the SubVi when I'm done, pushing a button and re-direct to Panel_Frontal, after that i will call a second VI the same way like the first one, but i believe that if i get help, calling the second VI will be the same way.

Hello I am working on an acoustic direction finding project that uses time difference of arrival of 8 analog microphones to determine the direction of an acoustic event. I have an ads1278 which provides delta sigma ADC. I have not done any SPI parsing on LabVIEW so I am trying to get some help on what my limitations are and what the community would recommend for the best implementation for a beginner like myself. I see the default SPI VI can run up to 16 bits, so I am curious would I only be able to run the 24 bit ADC device through FPGA? If I acquired the ADS1178 (same link) 16 bit version that provides a slower sampling rate, could I get the MISO through the default SPI VI and avoid using FPGA? Any help will be greatly appreciated!
