Hi,
I have a NI8541 ( I2C interface ) and I am trying to use a multiplexer ( PCA9548A ) to be able to control multiple sensors ( HTU21DF ) through one NI8541. To do this I need to send the address of the multiplexer, then the channel within the multiplexer, and then the address of the sensor within that channel.
I have been unable to successfully change the address from the multiplexer address of 70 to the sensor address of 40 in labview . Here is a simple diagram of my setup since this is a bit hard to explain:
I have tried to use both the general I2C basic commands as well as the script i2c commands but in both I am unable to figure out how to read/write to the sensor.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated !!!!
