For context, I had a previous thread asking about upgrading from a much older Labview with DAQ mxBase on a Mac to a PC on Windows 11 with Labview 2022.
That thread helped me update sub .vis from DAQmx Base to DAQmx. However, now we are having issues with our NI USB-6009.
It is not being recognized by the PC and we no longer have the older Macbook to test. When plugged in, the light does not turn on. I have tried uninstalling, installing, and restarting the PC so that it has different combinations of the drivers NI-DAQmx and NI-DAQmx Base to no avail. We've also tried different USB cables.
So I have the following questions:
- How can I know if this is a hardware issue, like lack of power?
- How can I find out if this NI USB-6009 is compatible with a Windows 11 PC on Labview 2022 Q3?
- How can I find out if this NI-USB-6009 is compatible with NI-DAQmx 2022 Q3?
